

Visitation was Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home. Jerry Lynn is survived by her son, Steve Allan West, of East Mesa, Arizona her daughter, Frances LeeAnn West (Bradley) Brown, of Harrison one sister, Grace Ann Ortiz, of Surprise, Arizona four brothers, Freddy Slatton of Holbrook, Arizona, Rocky Marshall of Houston, Texas, Dusty Magby of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Douglas Magby of Bryan Texas her four grandchildren, Dalton Brown, Taylor West, Katy West and Logan West one great-grandson, Keagen Peebles and a host of other family and dear friends. She was known for her infectious laugh and smile. Her children were one of her biggest accomplishments and her family gave her the most enjoyment in her life. Jerry Lynn's hobbies included playing Skip-Bo, playing cards, bingo, square dancing and fishing. One of the greatest joys of her life was family and friends. She was a long time resident of Boone and Newton Counties with prior residence in Roswell, New Mexico.

Jerry Lynn believed that Jesus died for our sins and that she was supposed to help and serve others by making them comfortable and happy. He was born on Decemto the late Terry and Chlois (Quattlebaum) Covington in Searcy, Arkansas. Jerry Lynn was preceded in death by her father her brothers, Michael Smith, Stuart Slatton, and Jeffrey Slatton her sister, Judy Smith and her granddaughter, Haley Elizabeth Brown. Jerry JC Covington, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019. She was born January 24, 1950, in Lamesa, Texas, the daughter of John Charles and Frances Lee (Slatton) Smith. Jerry Lynn Searcy, age 66, of Harrison, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016.
