She rolls great, looks fantastic, with zero issues. This is a near perfect rendition of the season 3 alt mode of Arcee. Griping aside, transformation is simple but gives us the pay off. This is why it looks like she is gripping from the base, and hopefully doesn’t have to pull the triggers. While unusual, it isn’t the real killer, no…it is that the hands apparently have a plastic bar inside them, probably for reinforcement, that doesn’t allow the handle to slide all the way through. Here is the thing, both her pistols (as well as swords) do NOT use the 5mm round peg system, instead they are rectangular, more like, well…handles. When not in close combat, Arcee has two very cool pistols.

With some perfect light-piping I have to say! I can see why they went with the more kid friendly G1 look, though I still miss my psychopathic pink Avenger. The swords are and easy reference to her IDW portrayal, but the face sculpt is dead on g1… Now not all my favorite points are there, there are no wrist swivels or ankle pivots, nor a waist swivel…yet still she is able to hit more poses than others who do. Coloring is dead on with the pink, white, black and light blue.įor her design, there are two stand outs that get to me…(and get your mind out of the gutter!) the back pack of doom, and them hips.ĭespite those, she has remarkable balance and articulation.

As you can see, she is loaded with extras, two swords AND two different types of guns. Well Hasbro has finally done it…taken the a few decades, but still, it has been done…we have an official g1 Arcee! Not a motorcycle…but the pink racer herself! I have been wanting this since…oh wait, we DID get one in Animated…riiiiight…but to find her…oh wait I did…ANYWAY…Let us see if she was worth it!īreaking format, going to start in robot mode.
